Ask Cindy

Cindy, the platform assistant — what she can help with

Cindy is the assistant built into Published NFT. She can explain how the platform works, help you find a book, walk you through a purchase, and answer questions about Flow, wallets and NFTs in plain language.

You can reach her at publishednft.io/cindyai, or by voice from the widget on the site.

What she is good at

  • Getting started. What an NFT eBook is, whether you need crypto (you do not), and which payment method suits you.
  • Finding something to read. Browsing by subject, author or format across the catalogue and the public-domain classics.
  • Buying and reading. Walking through checkout, and getting a book you own open in the reader.
  • The blockchain part. Flow, wallets, transactions and royalties, explained without jargon and without being sold anything.

She answers from this documentation, so what she tells you and what you read here are the same thing.

What she will not do

Cindy will not give financial or investment advice, will not tell you what an NFT is likely to be worth, and will not promise a return. If you ask, she will say so plainly.

She also cannot see your wallet balance, move your assets, or buy anything on your behalf. Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet.

If she gets something wrong

She can. She is an assistant, not a contract. For anything involving money, the authority is the transaction you signed and the record on the chain — not what was said in a chat. If something looks off, the FAQ and the pages in this space are the reference.
