A redeemable is an eBook NFT that also entitles you to a physical printed copy of the book.
Status: offered per release, and no release is currently open for redemption. Most books on the platform are digital only. When a title does include a physical redemption, it is stated clearly on that book's own page before you buy — never assume a book has one because this page exists.
How it works when a release includes it
- Buy the eBook NFT for that specific title.
- Redeem within the window. Each release sets its own redemption period. Outside that window the digital book is still yours, but the physical claim has lapsed.
- Provide a shipping address through the redemption form, and pay shipping if the release charges for it.
- The claim is marked used. The NFT stays yours and stays tradable — but the physical copy can only be claimed once, so a book resold after redemption carries no further physical claim. This is recorded on-chain so a buyer can check before buying.
Before you buy for the physical copy
Check the book's own page for the redemption window, whether shipping is included, and which countries it ships to. If the page does not mention redemption, the title does not offer it.
